Meet Dudley Ward, an experienced and dedicated Realtor® serving the Washington, DC area. Born in the United Kingdom, Dudley brings a unique perspective and global understanding to the real estate market.

 

Dudley is proud to be a part of TTR Sotheby's International Realty, one of the top real estate firms in the DMV. He works out of TTR Sotheby's International Realty's downtown office, in Logan Circle, the heart of DC's active real estate market.

 

He prides himself on being an advisor to his clients rather than a salesperson, always working to ensure they are informed, educated and knowledgeable before, during and long after the home buying process. Dudley understands his role as his client's Realtor® extends long after the transaction is complete. This enables him to provide a uniquely personal client experience.

 

In addition to his real estate expertise, Dudley has a passion for buying and remodeling homes. His own experiences as a homeowner have given him a deep understanding of the stress that comes with buying or selling a home, and he works tirelessly to make the experience as stress-free as possible for his clients. Dudley's great negotiating skills and ability to navigate the complexities of home buying make him the ideal choice for first-time homebuyers.

 

Prior to his career as a Realtor® Dudley served as a United States Marine and later had a career in law enforcement. Dudley takes that background and skills to navigate any situation, putting him ahead of his competitors.

 

When he’s not marketing or showing property, Dudley enjoys photography, scuba diving, swimming, and eating at DC’s countless outstanding restaurants.
